Booking Shencare Services

Once you have your group’s user reference number (see above) you can book a journey with Shencare either by phone or online. Please try to book your journey 7 days in advance where possible. However, please note that we may be able to take bookings at very short notice to aid spontaneous journeys.

* Please note, if you register / book online, a member of Shencare’s staff will call you personally to confirm your booking. We provide this service to reassure you that your booking has been seen by a human being, not just lost in a computer system.

Unfortunately, due to the sometimes unpredictable nature of email, there is a small possibility that your message may be intercepted by spam filters and not get delivered to us. Although we take all necessary precautions to prevent this from happening, if you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please call us on 0121 476 1816 to confirm your registration by telephone.
